I was making a snow fort and then i looked at the moon and then. Considering the moon phases are the only way to tell how many days have passed, i doubt i am the only one who has keept track of the phase and how many. Moon phases that effect mob spawning, potions, enchantments, and more would be an awesome addition (maybe as a mod) to minecraft.
