My screen goes black whenever i start mining or standing/looking at certain block (usually when mining). When i use alt+tab on a fullscreen game to go back to the desktop in windows 10, most of the time the screen goes black. For some reason when i use shaderpacks, my screen goes to black when i mine a block and goes back to normal if i stop mining the block or if the block drops.

Hello guys, i made a minecraft modpack with 133 mods version 1.12.2, and at random times the screen will just go black.

When mining the entire screen goes black no matter which shaderpack (or none) i use. I had just capped the entrance with a majestic fortress when i suddenly got a black screen for no discernible reason. But i have this issue only in minecraft. I've found a quick fix to this.

My stream works fine, until i go into full screen on minecraft, at which point the screen goes blank. It's very annoying, especially when playing only in a team and having to leave the game, or when playing. I am using a monitor capture. It also happens when switching hdr on/off or changing the resolution of the screen.

Open nvidia settings (aka the nvidia control panel) and under display:
I manually closed minecraft and when i logged. The top bar has a little slider tool that you can click/hold/and drag 5: The log doesn't show any crashes,. The problem here was that your game is trying to display more detail than your monitor can display.
The sound still works but i can't get out of the black screen without putting my laptop to.
