Alright, so over the course of me playing modded minecraft i've run into various issues and i fixed most of them but the issue with my mc freezing every few seconds i could never fix. My java is up to date, so i'm pretty sure. (delete optifine from your mods folder then run minecraft, quit the game and download optifine and put it in.

how do I fix minecraft on switch from freezing every 2 to 3 seconds
Whenever i open minecraft and play it for 20 mins or so, it runs fine.
So as the title says, it freezes, then only works for 1 frame, and freezes again.
I have looked through everything and had several tests and couldn't find what it was until i did a superflat world. As the title says, i've got below 20 mods and my minecraft just freezes every few seconds and i don't get why. For some packs, the freezes become more and more frequent to the point where the game is unplayable. It happens when moving or standing completely still;
Never had problems before that, its puzzling to say the least. I've played countless packs and this. Every time i play survival, minecraft freezes every 10 seconds or less. Minecraft remains frozen for about 2 minutes or more, or sometimes it freezes and i have to shut down my computer because sometimes it stays frozen forever.

For others, it's just a relatively short interruption every ten minutes or so. This is an issue in the game where it saves every couple of seconds. Whenever i use a modpack with this launcher, it will freeze every once in a while. I noticed that when the memory usage of mc gets close to 1 gb, it started to freeze for 2 seconds.
How do i fix this? Ive also tried allocating more memory etc, to no avail. It's barely noticeable but it frustrated me. When i play minecraft the game freezes every 30 seconds or so but the audio keeps going and when it unfreezes the game is were it would be if it hadn't.
I've tried increasing ram, turning off vsync, removing the resource pack, and toggling some of the mods that i thought might be the culprit.
Minecraft starts to stutter, every few seconds it freezes and then comes back for a few seconds then freezes. I have no idea why it's doing this. That usually does the trick. Minecraft forge has been freezing randomly for me and i've spent days figuring out how to fix this and i've finally found out.
After that the fps starts to go up and down randomly and causes my game to freeze every few seconds. When i go back in, minecraft runs ok for a second or so, then freezes again. If you have it go turn off threaded optimization in the manage 3d settings section of the nvidia control panel. Every single time this fps drop occurs, there is a very noticeable visual stutter that lasts for a second or two.
I can run mc just fine, getting over 60 fps most of the time.
I’m playing in 1.12.2 with a few mods, and every few seconds, my fps goes from a steady 60 to 0, causing my game to freeze for a short period. When i removed tinkers construct it start running much better but then it started to happen again. This happens repeatedly every few seconds. Ive been having micro freezes too for the last 3 months, in java minecraft, 1.15.2 , no issues in bedrock win10 edition, only the java edition is affected.
To force minecraft, take a specific amount of ram, you will have to manually allocate ram to the minecraft’s server. Mc freezing/lag spikes every few seconds. A few minutes later i get a momentary lag spike, then my game starts freezing every few seconds. I have tried most of the solutions google gave me, like giving more ram, installing optifine, and multiple other solutions, but it still freezes!
I keep getting lag spikes every few seconds at random intervals.
No inputs work, the only way to resolve it momentarily is to press the home button.
