Here, updating minecraft to the latest release may solve the problem. When i try to download minecraft (any version), i always get the same error that says: The file that failed to download is not consistent, and it ranges from missing.

My problem arises when i install the launcher, login and click play.
Unable to locate the java runtime.
Missing.ogg files when trying to startup minecraft [launcher] so i'm trying to play the better minecraft mod 1.19.2 using curseforge and when i try to startup i get this error message. Failed to download file, the file contents differ from what was expected. Everytime i try to play minecraft through the launcher it say's, can't download file hit3.ogg, now i have looked everywhere and i can't find a damn solution, i am. I finally found a fix for. Yesterday i installed windows 10. After i downloaded minecraft and started launching it from launcher ,it shows message like this picture. When i close the tab, and try to hit play again, the following happens:
