Minecraft Screen Freezes But Game Continues

The thing is, no matter where i am, how long have i been playing or whether i'm playing with or without mods, i keep getting random freezes. Mostly, this happens during the first few minutes of booting up the game. Players have been seen facing this annoying issue where their game suddenly freezes.

So my computer has been 100% stable for overclocking after disabling logitech gaming software from startup and not using it when gaming.

I’ve been having this issue for a couple hours, i play normally for a while and suddenly my screen just freezes, but i can still move, im in 1.16.1, what could be the cause and how.

Gameplay will continue (i can hear myself moving, and hitting escape frees my mouse to move around, notifying me that i'm in the menu), but the screen itself stops. When i'm on multiplayer servers, the screen freezes, but the game continues. Whenever i play the game it just freezes. The screen freezes and i can't see what's happening however i do know i am moving and can still interact with things.

For example, i will be playing, and then randomly the screen will freeze on. The time it takes to crash varies from 10 seconds to several minutes, and it usually runs fine before it inevitably freezes, makes the screen go black, and crashes. The only thing i can do is force exit the game. Additionally, this only seems to be happening in multiplayer.

Basically when i load up minecraft and play for the first 10 second my minecraft is fine but then my screen freezes, for some reason the game is still.
